DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING ABSTRACTS: September 30th, 2025.

ANNOUNCEMENT OF APPROVED ABSTRACTS: October 30th, 2025.

 

ATTENTION AUTHORS: Abstracts must be submitted using the online form accessed through the log-in area once registered for the event. The system will inform you how to correctly submit your abstract, guiding you through all the fields to be filled out.

 

Check the abstract and required information prior to submission so as to avoid errors. No adjustments or inclusion of authors will be permitted following the evaluation.

 

Log in with your e-mail address and password (used for registration), then click on SUBMIT ABSTRACT and follow the steps until completing your submission.

 

Instructions for the submission of abstracts:

• There is no limit to the number of abstracts that can be submitted per author.

• Up to 12 (twelve) authors are allowed per abstract.

• The maximum number of characters for the abstract is 2,500, not including spaces.

 THE GUIDELINES TO BE FOLLOWED FOR ELECTRONIC FORMATTING OF POSTERS:

 

1. Introduction and objectives

5. Conclusion

 

Rules for formatting and presenting the poster:

 

• The poster should be self-explanatory, with a total size of 90 cm wide x 120 cm high, banner style.

• The letters on the panel must be readable from a distance of 2 meters.

• The materials for assembling and hanging the panels are the responsibility of the organizing team.

• The presenter is responsible for hanging and removing the poster at the exhibition site, with said space to be identified, as well as for all materials necessary to hang the poster.

• Authors may not be mentioned in the body of the abstract.

• Funding agencies should be mentioned at the end of the text.

 

HANGING AND PRESENTATION

The panels will remain on display during the allotted period in which the poster is presented and should only be removed at the end of this period. Authors must remain at the venue during the day and time of their poster exhibition.

 

CERTIFICATES

One certificate per poster presented will be available within seven days after the end of the event, provided that at least one of the authors is registered for the event.
